(If you have High Blood Pressure or are Pregnant then don't do breath holds) Breathe out fully As you breathe in steadily through your nose … count to 4 as you reach the end of this breath hold for a count of 2 and then allow your breath to flow out smoothly through your nose for a count of 4 at the end of this breath hold for a count of 2 and then repeat the above sequence 5 times. You can build this up over time to 15 rounds if you like the technique. When you have finished just spend a little while relaxing and benefitting from your practice. * This breathing technique can help you to focus by quieting your mind.
