Pilates when practised 1-2 times a week can help you to develop a stronger core and improve your posture; both of which can contribute to improved running technique.
Pilates exercises focus on strengthening the core so that it becomes the 'Powerhouse' of movement.

Men on Mats - Monday 7.15 - 8pm (Pilates/stretching for Runners & Cyclists)
Wednesday is Pure Stretch class which is a combination of Pilates and Yoga 6-7pm
